The website is run by Szczecin Apartments (Stéphane, direct landlord). For any question about your data, write to contact@szczecin-apartments.rent.
Contact form and emails
When you use the contact form or send us an email, we receive your name, your email address and your message. They are only used to answer you and, if you rent a flat, to manage the rental. They are never sold nor given to third parties for marketing. Messages are kept as long as needed to follow your request and the rental, then deleted.
Cookies and audience measurement
With your consent only, the website uses Google Analytics (audience measurement) and Google Ads (measurement of our ads). These services are provided by Google Ireland Ltd and may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you refuse, no measurement cookie is stored. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of each page.
Hosting
The website is hosted on a server located in the European Union. The server keeps technical logs (IP address, pages visited) for security reasons, for a limited time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for its portability, by writing to contact@szczecin-apartments.rent. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
