## One room of 24 m² in a shared flat of 100 m² for rent in Szczecin.

Large room, in a brand **new renovated flat,** perfectly located on the 3rd floor of a **newly renovated building.** This apartment is **a 2-minute walk from the bus and** **tram stops,** with direct access to PUM university. The closest grocery shop is only 30 m away, and pubs, restaurants and other entertainment places are at about 600 m.

This room is **very bright and spacious** and is located in a shared 3-room flat of 100 m² (30m² corresponds to the shared areas).

It has a **real 200 x 140 double bed**, a sofa, a smart Samsung 43’’ flat screen TV and a **large wardrobe** for all your belongings. You have also, of course, a desk to work on and a chair with wheels.  
Blinds are available for all windows.

The shared part of the flat that has a long corridor, includes also a **large bathroom** with a sink, towel radiator, **shower and bathtub**, and a **washing machine.**

There is also a **kitchen** that is **fully equipped** with a modern fridge and microwave, an oven, table and chairs…. You will find a variety of plates and bowls, cutlery, glasses, cups, …  
A **cordless hoover** is also provided.

For your safety, there is also a **smoke alarm**.
